A quick post to let you all know that the season for fresh Black Truffle has begun in earnest at Truffle Farm near Wongara in the Otways. For the back story click here.
Truffle Farm has new owners Mikhaila and Steve the owners of La Bimba Cafe and Restaurant have recently purchased Truffle Farm and this morning with the help of Delores the pig and Archer the Viszla we unearthed over two kilos of premium Black Truffle [tuber melanospernum] much to everyones delight.
