SHRED CHICKEN GONGSO RECIPE

Gongso this time using chicken shred as well as cooked simply with a blend of soy and cebe red so it has the taste of sweet and a little spicy. One of the variations of chicken stir fry recipe this shred could add a list of how to cook a delicious home-cooked dishes for everyday meals.


The ingredients and seasonings:

500 grams chicken
1 piece of lime
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 stalk spring onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp bouillon powder or flavoring
50 ml water
cooking oil to taste

Puree:

6 grains of red onion
6 large red chilies
3 cloves garlic
5 round fried Pecan

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN GONGSO SEASONING RED:

Clean chicken meat, rub with lemon juice then fried until cooked. Lift and drain and then shred-shred, set aside.
Heat oil, Saute seasoning smooth until aromatic and enter the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, scallions, salt, seasoning and pepper. Mix well, then cook until it explodes-letup and condensed.
Enter the chicken, shred stir-stir until well mixed and the dries up later and ready for serving.
