CRISPY FRIED VEGETABLE FRITTER RECIPE SAVOURY VEGETABLE

TASTY VEGETABLES VEGETABLE FRITTER RECIPES

Vegetable fritter of fried vegetable or some call it the bala-bala area often encountered as the assorted fried snacks popular brother-brother on the edge of the road or pavement. This simple batter of fried foods had the crispy crunchy texture and the taste is very delicious and savory though how to make tasty vegetables and crisp vegetable fritter is indeed quite easily. The food is plain as a snack menu is served with cayenne pepper or a complement to eat rice.


The ingredients and seasonings:

250 g flour
100 grams thinly sliced cabbage
100 grams of carrot-shaped sliced Julienne
2 stalks spring onion sliced into small
3 stalks celery sliced into small
4 grains of red onion mashed
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp bouillon powder or flavoring
1 tsp pepper powder
200 ml water
oil for frying

HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS VEGETABLE CRISP VEGETABLE FRITTER:

Prepare the containers and then combine flour, eggs, spices, water, salt, ground pepper and broth. Mix well and then stir in the cabbage, carrot, leek and celery and stir until blended.
Heat the oil, pour 1 tbsp dough until fully submerged and then fried until cooked yellow. Lift and drain then serve with cayenne pepper or chilli sauce.
