RED BEAN ICE MILK RECIPES

Ingredients:

250 g red beans
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp brown sugar

300 ml fresh milk or milk powder 5 tbsp brewed with 300 ml water
1 tbsp cornstarch

HOW TO MAKE RED BEAN ICE:

Prepare the beans already padded usually soaked on the day before. Boil the soaked beans a day with 1 liter of water until done and really tender.
Once cooked tender then stir in salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder that is already dissolved. Mix well and cook until done and then turn off the heat and set aside.
Stir the liquid milk with cornstarch and then light a fire while continuing to stir until gravy is thickened and flattened.
Prepare a serving bowl or container and then give shavings or a shard of ice cubes. Enter the red bean soup and milk in a bowl of food then give shavings or a shard of ice cubes again.
